Get your app idea built in 7 days, without paying anything upfront.

No pitch deck. No $40,000 agency quote. No technical co-founder to find. We agree the spec on one short call, build the core of your idea in seven days, and hand it to you live. Use it for a week. If it doesn't do exactly what we agreed, you owe nothing.

The problem

Most ideas die in the gap between
"I should build this" and "I can't afford to."

You have an idea. Maybe you've had it for months. Maybe you already tried:

The agency quote

Quoted $15,000–$80,000 for something you haven't even validated yet.

The no-code wall

Weeks learning a no-code tool, then a wall you can't get past.

The phantom CTO

Hunting for a "technical co-founder" who never quite exists.

The 60% freelancer

A freelancer who vanished at 60% done, after half the money was gone.

None of that is your fault. It is what happens when an industry keeps pricing software the way it did before the tools changed. Meanwhile the idea just sits there, and every month it doesn't exist is a month someone else could build it first.

What you get

A working app, live on a real URL,
in seven days.

Here is exactly what lands in your hands, item by item. Nothing here is conditional on you paying first.

  1. 01 A working core version of your app: live, deployed, usable by real people. Not a mockup, not a clickable prototype, not a slide deck.
  2. 02 Built around the single most important flow your idea needs to prove itself. We cut everything that isn't that.
  3. 03 A written, agreed spec before a line of code is written. Zero ambiguity about what "done" means, for you or for us.
  4. 04 A 7-day build window that starts the day we agree the spec. Daily progress updates if you want them.
  5. 05 A 7-day live trial once it's delivered. Put it in front of real users and decide with evidence, not a demo.
The terms, in full
$0 upfront Nothing to start. Nothing on the scope call. Nothing during the build.
{{ price }} If what we deliver matches what we agreed, you pay this once and it's yours. Full ownership, source code included.
$0 If it doesn't do what we promised, you owe nothing. We walk away. No charge, no awkward conversation, no fine print.
The guarantee

If it isn't what we agreed,
you don't pay. Ever.

We get paid only if we deliver exactly what the written spec says, on time. You are not gambling money on a vendor you have never worked with. We are the ones carrying the risk, on purpose. We would rather prove it than promise it.

No deposit No retainer No cancellation fee You decide after using it, not after seeing it
How it works

Four steps, and you're only
in the room for two of them.

Total time from applying to holding a working app: about two weeks. Total time you spend: roughly twenty-five minutes.

01 3 minutes

You apply

Eight questions about your idea, who it's for, and the one thing it has to do. You hear back within 24 hours either way.

02 20 minutes

We agree the spec

One short call. We write down exactly what will exist on day seven, and you approve it before anything starts.

03 7 days, ours

We build it

Seven days, full focus, nothing needed from you. It arrives deployed and working, at a URL you can share.

04 7 days, yours

You use it, then decide

A full week of real use with real people. Then you pay if it matches the spec, or walk away owing nothing.

Why we exist

Six-month timelines and six-figure invoices are a choice.
We made a different one.

The agency model was built for a world where software took a room full of people and most of a year. That world is gone.

The work that used to need a team of eight for three months now needs two people for a week. Most of the industry has not repriced for that, and it is not an oversight. The large firms still bill by the hour, still staff projects with people who do not need to be on them, and still quote in quarters, because their margins depend on all three. What you are paying for is not the cost of building your product. It is the cost of their process.

Solen is AI-first from the ground up. Not an old workflow with AI bolted onto it, but a studio built around it, which is the only reason we can hand you working software in seven days and let you decide afterwards whether it was worth paying for. Every free build we ship is an argument that the old way is finished.

The old model
Three to six months before a first version exists
$15,000 to $80,000 committed before you see anything
Priced by hours billed, so slower is worth more
A team you never meet, on an account you cannot see
AI-first, from the ground up
Seven days, from agreed spec to software you can use
Nothing committed before you see anything
Priced by the outcome, and only once it lands
The two people who build it are the two you talk to

So the honest answer to "what's the catch" is that there isn't one. It is free because we are fast, not because we are desperate, and a founder who has used a working version of their idea for a week is a far better client than one we talked into a retainer.

The only real catch

We can take two builds a month, because each one gets our full attention for seven straight days. Slots are reviewed and approved in the order genuine applications arrive. When they're gone, they're gone until next month.

Who this is for

Real ideas only.

A free week of build time is worth roughly what an agency charges for a month. We give it away to founders who will actually use it.

This is for you if
You have a specific business idea or problem you want to test with real software, not a concept you're still deciding on.
You can say clearly who it's for and what it has to do for them.
You'll actually use and test the app during the trial week, rather than letting it sit unopened.
This is not for
General curiosity, idea collecting, or seeing what's out there.
Rebuilds of an existing product, or work that can't be scoped to one core flow.

We read every application. Vague submissions get declined, so give us real detail. It is the whole basis on which we choose.

FAQ

The questions you're already asking.

So what's the actual catch?

There isn't a hidden one. We take two builds a month and we only get paid if we deliver what we agreed. If that stops working for us we'll change the offer, but while this page is up, it is exactly as written.

What happens to the app if I decide not to pay?

Access covers the trial period. If you decide not to go ahead, access ends there. You aren't left holding something you didn't pay for, and we aren't left having given the work away for nothing. You owe us nothing either way.

Is this real software or a clickable demo?

Real, working, deployed software that other people can use, not a prototype and not a design file. It is deliberately scoped to one core flow rather than a full product, which is what makes seven days possible.

What if I want changes after the seven days?

The build covers the one core flow in the agreed spec. Further features, iterations and scaling work are quoted separately once you're a paying client, and by then you'll have used our work for a week before spending anything.

What kinds of ideas do you take?

Web apps, internal tools and app-based products, in any industry. If you aren't sure yours fits, apply anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether it can be done in the format, and we'll say so quickly.

Who owns the code and the idea?

Your idea is yours, start to finish. On payment the source code transfers to you outright, with no licence back to us and no lock-in to our hosting.

Every build we give away is an argument that six-month timelines and six-figure invoices are finished. If you have been sitting on an idea, this is the lowest-risk way you will ever get to see it exist. Worst case, you spend three minutes applying and twenty on a call. Best case, you are using it in a fortnight.
